A Collective Story accepts returns, exchanges or store credit on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. In order to receive a refund, exchange or store credit, you must contact our team within 30 days of receipt of your order. To begin the process, please follow these steps.
Email email@example.com and advise if you would like a return, exchange or store credit. Please provide your Full Name, Order Number, item you would like to return and reason for returning.
For exchanges, please tell us if you would like a different size of the same style or a credit note. Size exchanges are subject to availability. We will try to help you to get the size that you request, but if unavailable, credit notes will be issued.
Receive your return information.
Please allow up to 2 business days for a reply to your returns request. We will provide you with a pre filled returns form and instructions on where to send your A Collective Story item.
Returns must be received within 2 weeks of return approval.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you are returning is faulty or incorrect. We recommend you ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier. A Collective Story cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Returned items must be neatly packaged, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition. A Collective Story reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty date return period.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information).
